Rawnaq Al Khaleej Food Industries manufactures gummy candy, marshmallow and licorice at its plant in Rabigh. Everything we make is made in Saudi Arabia, under Saudi regulation and to international food safety standards — for our own brands, and for the companies we manufacture on behalf of.
Made in the Kingdom
Rawnaq Al Khaleej is a Saudi manufacturer, and the Saudi Made mark on our packs says so plainly. For a buyer sourcing inside the Kingdom that means a domestic manufacturing partner: registered with the SFDA, operating under HACCP and ISO 22000 food safety systems, and Halal certified.

Part of the Foster Clark group
Rawnaq Al Khaleej is a Foster Clark company. The association brings Foster Clark Products' record of manufacturing and brand building in the region to a confectionery plant operating in the Kingdom.
Foster Clark Products acquired Rawnaq Al Khaleej in 2024. The site has operated as a Foster Clark company since.
